As a private practice psychotherapist, I work with individual adult clients, both in person and remotely. I have a master’s degree from the
California Institute of Integral Studies and am trained in
trauma-informed modalities like AEDP, EMDR, and energy-based healing techniques.
My own healing journey began in my 20s and informs my approach as a therapist. As a child, I keenly felt the pain within my own dysfunctional family dynamic, despite outward appearances of normalcy. Growing up in an environment of high-functioning alcoholism left me lacking the necessary
tools and internal resources to live authentically. Overwhelmed by shame and self-doubt, I realized I needed help. My own therapy was transformative and inspired me to offer the same support to others, so they can live a life from a place of wholeness.
I'm still deeply committed to my personal and spiritual growth. My daily meditation and spiritual practices enhance my intuition. As an empath and highly sensitive person (HSP), I view these traits as my superpower
in my work as a therapist. They enable me to attune to clients, picking
up on what's not being said and guiding us toward what needs attention and care.
I look forward to the opportunity to support you in your own path of self-discovery and growth.
